Review of Red Dawn (1984) by Nathan S — 17 Aug 2013
It could have been a lot better, but then again, it could have also been a lot worse. There's little to no character development, so it's not only hard to differentiate individual Wolverines, but it's also hard to relate and connect to them.
Also, some of the dialogue is kind of weird at times. However, the action is pretty good, and (some of) the character deaths are pretty dramatic. The ending is also pretty nice. I like the whole concept, it just could have been done a bit better.
The best part about this film is the soundtrack, which is one of the greatest of all time. This movie is worth checking out, but isn't great or anything.
