Review of Red Cliff (2008) by Raymond S — 12 Dec 2009
While I feel this movie is probably much better in its true, four hour form, the two and a half hour frankenstein Woo brought the the US is choppy and confusing at best. That being said, the amazing battle scenes and beautiful cinematography almost made up for the poorly told story.
I would recommend you see this movie, but go in knowing what you are getting.
