Review of Red Cliff (2008) by Catherine C — 19 Dec 2009
Usually war films bore me to tears, but Red Cliff (I) kept my attention for most of the time. Some of the scenes (mostly the gory battle scenes) were long and drawn-out. Cinematography was grand, in fact I was reminded of the Lord of the Rings with some its majestic and sweeping vistas.
