Review of [REC] (2007) by Dov D — 30 Sep 2012

The adonis of found footage flicks... Nothing even comes close to Balaguero and Plaza's masterpiece... The tone and suspense established are second to none and make the American remake Quarantine look like a joke.

I can only give it four stars though because of the lack of character depth and any significant transcendent meaning, but it remains a strong four star picture. A true must see for any horror fan.
