Review of Rebel Without a Cause (1955) by Liam D — 18 Apr 2012
Rebel Without a Cause gives us a fascinating insight into 1950's life. Admittedly, Nicolas Ray's film is little more than a melodrama, but its characters transcend it into something more. James Deans performance is as gripping and sincere as you'll ever see.
Rebel Without a Cause's message for fathers to talk to their sons still resonates in this modern age. A must see.
