Review of Rear Window (1954) by Alberto A — 30 May 2012
I always thought our most powerful sense is the sight. Rear Window is a film with many stories that can be told only because of sight, there are no need for words, we just have to observe. Like Jeff did.
Only by watching carefully we can see reality, because what we see is just simply.....what we see, it's all relatively correct, regardless of the perspective in which we're seeing. Hitchcock creates this sense of space I've never experienced before in a movie.
Stories divided by windows and walls.
