All in all a pretty average movie. Great special effects but little else of substance. The movie is more like a 2 hour video game with some mild 80's references sewn in that really add nothing to the movie itself.
As a kid of the 80's these references didn't even evoke a sense of nostalgia as they were used to incredibly weakly. Very predictable plot, nothing especially stand out about any of it.
