Review of Ready Player One (2018) by Oldstuff — 28 Mar 2018

Different from the book. Visually stunning, pop culture references galore and some absolutely amazing set-pieces. I had very high expectations for this film and it had me smiling from start to finish. Does it lack a bit of heart? Perhaps but it just has so much going on that you're just swept along for the ride.

Spielberg is the only director that could have had a crack at the adaptation and he's done a fantastic job overall.
