Having never read the book before I didn't have any expectations whatsoever going into the film but I really enjoyed it. I obviously can't say if it lives up to the book in any way but overall I thought it was a really interesting concept and well executed.
I have no real gripes with the film if I'm honest, it's just a fun ride from start to finish.
