As someone who has read the book I have to say I am very disappointed in this movie. Yes the graphics are beautiful but the acting is really cheesy and the story has been changed so much that it is almost nothing like the book.
There were only 3 scenes that really followed the book, the end battle was different, and one of the 5 actually dies in the book. There are tons more things I could list but I honestly don't have the energy for it.
Spielberg could have done a lot better with this.
