Review of Ready or Not (2019) by Tropicaces — 20 Aug 2019
I love dark humor horror films, and this has flashes of being campy fun. It’s very self-aware and has some nice jumps and chuckles, but it feels a bit under-baked, like the jokes were first draft and clever kill ideas were limited.
It’s no “Evil Dead” or “You’re Next”, but it’s a fun enough time.
