Review of Razzle Dazzle: A Journey into Dance (2007) by Private U — 19 Jul 2008
I have always liked Ben Miller's straight faced humour, I didn't expect to see him in this and I was pleasantly surprised. A kind of Australian version of Little Miss Sunshine - but not as good. It didn't seem to notice the sheer ridiculousness of the situation, I suppose that's because it was a mockumentary.
Not one member of the audience was male, the majority were over 65 and a few left before it finished. I think that was a bit harsh as it had it's moments and wasn't exactly offensive.
I'm glad I saw it, I wouldn't buy the DVD.
