This movie is supposed to be southeast asian but it is in the most superficial way possible it doesnt explore the culture in any meaningful way other than aesthetics. the world building is lackluster and the plot contradicts the themes of trust as trusting the wrong person is the cause of the bad things in the story and the ending does not sell trust as something that truly helped in the resolution.

The characters are forgettable at best and annoying at worst. Also 30 bucks for this movie is beyond an outrageous price. other than that it looks good and the voice acting is mostly passable. this movie couldve been a 5 or 6 but its price and lack of use of the southeast asian inspiration makes it a frustrating watch and a waste of time.
