Jamie Foxx deserved the Oscar Best Actor in a Leading Role in this film, and almost complete with a Supporting Role in "Collateral" in the same year. Yeah, it looks like 2005 is the year's Jamie Foxx.
Excellent biopic drama, Foxx succeed to plugging his name as a first-class actor in this film. A journey of live from world legendary jazz, Ray Charles. With his physical limitations, he could prove himself as one of the influential musicians who ever lived.
It's colorful directorial techniques from Taylor Hackford, makes "Ray" as a mature, slick, and smooth movie to be enjoyed!
