Review of Ray (2004) by Roshan C — 26 May 2011
The story of poor blind black child is pure Hollywood schmaltz. Though director Taylor Hackford directs with such glorious flair that it's hard to feel against it. Plus a superb performance from Jamie Foxx in the lead makesit all the more worthwhile along with a brilliant soundtracks.
A charming biopic and an uplifting true story.
