One of the best biopics I have ever seen. Jamie Foxx was so dead on as the incomparable Ray Charles that I could not tell if it really was Ray Charles on screen. Amazing story of his struggle with heroin, his inner demons, and his alienation by others for being blind, among other things.
Great work by the director Taylor Hackford, who captured the essence of Ray Charles so vividly.
