Review of Ray (2004) by Joshua D — 26 Apr 2014
Perhaps too long, Ray is nevertheless an accurate and powerful story of the life of Ray Charles that's lead by a powerhouse performance from Jamie Foxx. Ray can at times be sad, happy, and even disturbing and it is due to the brutally realistic details of both the good and bad sides of Ray Charles.
Jamie Foxx definitely deserved his Oscar for this.
