Review of Raw (2017) by Olivier B — 10 Aug 2017
Intriguing and captivating, Julia Ducournau's Raw is without question a unique approach to a coming of age story. While many in the theatre were squirming and turning away from the cannibalism scenes, I found myself engaged in their seductive and poetic metaphor.
Admittedly, some scenes were bloody and grisly. But if you can stomach it, Raw is a treat of a film. 5 out of 5 Stars.
