Slow and dry. I get the ethos going on, but it's so out of context I really don't know what I'm supposed to learn. Great cinematography and scripting, so technically it's good. Wallows in it's own shit, uhhh.
..r we supposed to learn from realism??? I just watch Ramsay's first film, "Gasman," again, same reaction; a well done short but why? I liked it more than Ratcatcher though, the ending seemed more solid.
