Review of Rampage (2018) by Eludiumq36 — 06 Aug 2018
Kind of paint-by-the-numbers type of action flick with a nod towards racial diversity, how progressive (eye roll). It's mostly dumb with The Rock not taking the role very seriously, just another $$$million paycheck for him.
Despite its predictability, there are some touching moments where you have feelings for the plight of "George" but all's well in the end because Brad Peyton (director/EP) and the new kid-friendly Rock (star/EP) forced a happy Disney-like finish, ugh.
