Review of Rampage (2018) by Dubeau — 18 Jun 2018
An average movie. The story is really standard by now. No special twist and a succession of cliché. George is an interesting gorilla with good expressions. It does follow the game. The CGI is pretty good for the creatures, but it's a mix bag for the structures they destroy.
The actors don't have good lines and some of it is techno babble. Jeffrey Dean Morgan was amazing in his role. He is the best part of the movie, yet very sporadically. I give it a 40%. Too generic for my taste.
