Review of Rambo III (1988) by Carl H — 08 Mar 2012
The final in the classic Rambo trilogy and this time John Rambo is in Afghanistan to rescue his friend Trautman from the invading Soviet Union. This has everything we love about Rambo, from the stealthy moves and chaos to the iconic exploding arrows.
The thing that was great about Rambo was that it was full of violent action and had a truly great story. As usual Rambo is on a personal vendetta. Sylvester Stallone played Rambo to perfection and made him as believable as possible, only to return in the recent Rambo film in 2008.
Watch and be amazed at this action extravaganza.
