Review of Rambo III (1988) by Harley P — 22 Sep 2008
Modern Achilles John Rambo is drawn into the Soviet-Afghan war to rescue his former CO and friend. This is how action movies should be done though its admittidly a little uncomfortable watching it in this day and age.
Still Stallone has this character down pat and Marc de Jonge is probably the best Rambo villian (plus it has Red Foreman in a bit role). Take it for what it is.
