You sort of forget just how entertaining the Rambo movies are don't you?.
First Blood part 1 was a little darker then the rest but they have a charm.
I mean at the heart of the movies, is a serious underbelly of respect and loyalty towards a nation who do not feel the same towards the men and women involved in the bloody conflict of Vietnam War.
A serious note that is sometimes lost, and before watching the first two movies again many years after first watching the Rambo movies I'd have said...Ah., yeah the Rambo movies...they are just silly aren't they?
Similar to what you can says about the Rocky movies, maybe in the past I've over looked the fact that they are just good fun.
