This movie it's a mixed bag for me, I loved the concept of it but the execution was not very good. Some plot points just disappear when the script wants, but all of the rest I liked. It is not a bad movie but just not a good sequel.
Sure Ralph arc changes him during the movie, but all of the internet shenanigans that the movie showed in the trailer is reduced to memes from 2013 and bad jokes.
