Review of Raising Arizona (1987) by Kendall I — 03 Sep 2010
Wasn't a fan, the film seems bleak and lifeless an all fronts to the point where you almost get a sense that the actors even despise it. The idea is comical and was a sure landmark in the evolution of the coen's skills but it just seems uninspired, lazy, uninteresting and above all, insulting.
