Trashy, campy fun! It's worth it to hear Liz declare that Lincoln's "got Negro blood in him!" The film is also a tragic document of the terrible car accident that wrecked Clift's gorgeous, expressive face.
It's heartbreaking to see how beautiful and wonderful he is in some scenes and how pained and wooden he is in some of the later scenes.
