Dustin Hoffman's acting is brilliantly perfect. He captures autism in such a way that you could actually accept as true in his performance. Tom Cruise's role was equally as remarkable. His gradual understandings of his brotherâ(TM)s disability (or I can say, extra abilities) lead to the grasping of a strong relationship with him.
As the Academy Award winner for Best Picture in 1989, "Rain Man" could easily win an award for outstanding movie of the eighties..!!
