Review of Rain Man (1988) by Private U — 30 Oct 2013
This drama about two brothers one of whom is autistic is generally overrated, but indubitably has some strong features, and one of them is the strong performance by the two leads, with Hoffmann playing his autistic character to perfection.
The script gets sloppy Hollywood style as the film goes on and the character development is quite weak, but the initial premise is interesting and the film still worth a look.
