I had very high expectations towards this film, and I am very happy when I see an indie film well done, but I have to say that I was very disappointed about this one. I do not believe in films as a pure form of entertainment, since it is an Art, and I do not need to watch super heroes or just extraordinary people with extraordinary lives.
No, that is not the case at all. Ordinary people with ordinary lives can be fascinated in films when they are well made, but aside from the amazing acting job by the also beautiful Anne Hathaway, this film is actually very boring.
Very long pointless scenes make this work pretentious at some points. Not what I expected at all.
