For some reason, I thought I would like this movie. The trailer was good. It looked interesting. Which is sad... because this movie is pretty horrible. I don't usually trash movies. There's often something I can like. But when the most action and happiest moment occur when two men compete to load a dishwasher, you know the movie youâ??re watching is going to suck.

The main problem of this film is that you are supposed to feel bad for the characters, in particularly Kym who serves as the protagonist. You don't feel bad for her, or anyone in their family. Flashbacks to her brother who died, or of Kym as a young teen messed up on drugs, would probably better help to achieve this. The film is more of a reality show... maybe supposed to be more of a "wedding video" format perhaps? It just doesn't work. The one scene I could say I like is when Kym and Rachel reunite and are telling some story on the bed at the beginning. Both of the girls are cute and it was the only time I actually believed they were sisters. There's not enough back story at the beginning or throughout to give you a completely accurate picture of what this family went through. It made me not really care. It relies more on visual moments, and the lighting and actors don't deliver you scenes that are compelling or interesting. At all.

I've heard that this movie is depressing. I would say I agree, but not because of the content. It was depressing how bad it was. Skippable.
