There's a reason why the Canadian government shouldn't be in the business of funding movies, and that reason is called "Rabid". And if the Canadian taxpayers had to fund this, couldn't they at least find a *Canadian* lead actress?
The plot. The acting. The dialogue. Wow! Can it get any worse? Basically a way for the government to fund faux pornography, and isn't that better left to the private sector?
