Where do we get the idea life was better in the good old days? I've wanted to watch this movie since it was released and whilst it was somewhat slower than the usual films I watch, I thoroughly enjoyed it as I have a little understanding of the Stolen Generation.

I get the idea that the white folk thought they were doing the right thing (I was brought up to believe in the Almighty, after all!) but I can't understand how anyone could believe kidnapping children from their mothers was/is right.

I'm sure I would have tried my damnedest to get home if it was me in that situation, & thank god for girls & women like Molly in this world!
