Review of Rabbit Hole (2010) by Ryan O — 15 May 2011
Rabbit Hole is one of the biggest surprises to me from 2010. This is a tough movie to watch (emotionally) - you will be challenged. The range of emotions for which Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart characters embark is a roller coaster itself, and you'll be hard pressed not to be swept away.
Rabbit Hole is all one of finest movies I've seen which center on Loss, Grief and the Mourning Process. Its a pretty amazing picture. Slow and steady, building upon the each scen, while putting together the puzzle.Every scene in this film mattered. Each pushed the story along, Rabbit Hole is a rare gem.
Kidman knocks it out the park and Eckhardt is finally playing a fairly decent character.
This is a slow and delicate story that takes it time, but at a 90 minute run time, the length seems just perfect. Rabbit Hole is a pure work of art.
I Highly Recommend this film.
