Amazing acting, gut wrenching story and expert direction. This introverted exploration of parental grief is a departure for John Cameron Mitchell (director of transsexual punk opera "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" and the extremely sexually explicit ensemble comedy/drama "Shortbus") and leaves me excited to see what he does next!
