Review of R-Point (2004) by Ian B — 11 Sep 2007
Korean version of apocalypse now, creepy goings on contrast with the beautiful scenery and the violence behind the reason the soldiers are there in the first place. is this a horror movie or an anti war movie though? a seminal piece of work in the grand scheme of things as far as korean cinema goes, and warrants a second viewing for scary visuals you will have missed the first time around.
