Apparently it's based on the true story. Very interesting, although sometimes boring. And definitely too long. This story, about cheating in a quiz show in late 50's, wouldn't be that shocking today.
Mostly because not many people would care about it. It's a showbuisness. They have unfortunately different rules. Movies like this are important.
