As events get crazier and more scandalous they come to resemble the writings of the Marquis de Sade. The creators' thoughts on whether real-life actions imitate obscene art/pornography or vice versa are more complex and therefore more thought-provoking than their somewhat simplistic view of the Marquis as libertarian martyr and defender of free speech.
