Review of Quills (2000) by Ryan V — 30 Jul 2012
Quills is a genius film. It's funny, sad, smart, witty and at times shocking. One of the few movies I never get tired of watching. The only thing that holds this movie back is the last 10-15 minutes, but the first 3/4th are so good they easily make up for it.
It's a very clever film and while I doubt how closely it actually follows any of the Marquis' actual experiences the movie is so fun to watch you won't care.
