Review of Quiet Chaos (2008) by Guido M — 24 Oct 2008

I loved the movie! I expected it to be a very depressing movie but in contrary I experienced it as being very positive! I loved the story and especially the acting of Nanni Moretti, as well as the directing of the movie.

Director Grimaldi understood to apply few cuts and thereby give the movie a calm rythm, rather than the usual fast cuts that often destroy movies by trying to create action and cover up lacks in the story.

This movie clearly didn't need it and deserves long and quiet shots, the actors brilliantly tell the story, in my eyes truly a must see movie.
