Review of Queen of the Damned (2002) by Stephen W — 01 Oct 2010
The second movie of October 2010 asks the question, "Why?! Why do I keep doing this to myself?? Is it only because of the limited selection of horror movies in Japan? Or am I really such a masochist that I make myself watch this kind of garbage for kicks?".
First of all, I don't like movies that are heavy on narration. Second of all, I don't like movies that totally suck. Other than one cool decapitation and one good good heart eating scene, all I can say is that Vampires were way cooler before they listened to Stained and started singing like Marylin Manson produced by Trent Reznor.
The best things I can say about this movie are that A. It's slightly better than 13 Ghosts and B. it made me run like hell to watch R. Kelly 'Trapped in the Closet' for the 27th time for the 1st time.
