Queen Margot is a beautiful film. It is about Queen Margot who is trapped in arranged marriage to Henri de Navarre while amidst a religious war between the Protestants and Catholics. The settings and costumes are beautiful.
Isabelle Adjani and Daniel Auteuil give amazing performances. The screenplay is well written. Patrice Chéreau did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed this motion picture because of the drama and history.
Queen Margot is a must see.
