Review of Quarantine 2: Terminal (2011) by Allison R — 07 Oct 2011
Those still not tired of the undead could do a lot worse than Quarantine 2. It appears to be a fairly low-budget affair, but the performances are decent (at least, for the brief length of time most of the leads are alive) and the 'zombies' (which are less the shambler variety and more of the raging-running ones a'la 28 Days later) are wonderfully over-the-top and gruesome.
There are some some pretty scary moments on offer, but nothing too awful, and it follows the lead of the first film (based on the Spanish version called 'Rec') pretty seamlessly. A solid frightener.
