21% - Quantum of Solace is an example of a horrible movie that is remembered either because it is part of a great film series or it is a horrible sequel to an excellent movie. In this case, Quantum of Solace justifies both reasons as it will be remembered as just a flop James Bond movie.
No proper story, no emotional chemistry, and no character development. A really good entertainer only if you keep your brains at home.
