Review of Pushing Tin (1999) by Russell B — 12 Feb 2009
John Cusack was completely unconvincing, shallow and fake. The absence of his feelings for his wife is obvious. No matter of the words, the face is" I couldn't care less" all the time. Terrible acting, really terrible.
Angelina was playing a lost-in-space-and-time "hot chick", jumping all over her husband (billy bob)...The role is plain stupid, below her level.
The best was Cate Blanchett. No matter in which kind of movie she acts in, she always gives herself 100% .
Btw, movie is full of lame american "spiitual" philosophy, the one that makes a normal-thinking person puke.
