Not as good as Refn's other works. Pusher is a story about an unlikable hero and is told almost so realistically that we can almost mistake it for a documentary. Pusher has thrills, suspense, and many other aspects that make up for its simple story.
its a very good film. I can say the same for the rest of the Pusher trilogy. however, Pusher II and III is a far more superior film than this.
