The Puppet Master is a bizarro piece of camp-horror fimmaking that features actors and actresses who seemed to have learned the craft from porno films--there is literally no emotion or craft in their expressions or statments.
Still, Puppet master is a strange blend of macabre, witchcraft, psychic elements and demonic toys. The two blend into a somehow wonderfully fun gestalt that is always stupid and cheesy but never boring.
A crappy film, yes, but a thoroughly enjoyable one nonetheless.
