Review of Punisher: War Zone (2008) by Matt A — 22 Dec 2010
People may think I'm crazy for saying this,but I actually really enjoyed Punisher:War Zone.Being the third version of the classic Marvel character,the film really feels like a live action comic book.
Filled with way over the top action,and loads of violence and gore,the film has the very smart sense to not take itself seriously.After all,how can you when the Punisher punches a guy,and the guy's head explodes?Which was a surprise shock moment for me!Overall,Punisher:War Zone is a direct love letter to the fans.
All others,this is definately not for you!
