A better Punisher movie than the 2004 version. Ray Stevenson as Frank Castle is perfect. The story, action scenes, properties, costumes, villains, music and character development are well done. Wayne Knight as Microchip, Colin Salmon as Agent Paul Budiansky, Doug Hutchison as James Russoti / Loony Bin Jim (LBJ), Dominic West as Billy Russoti / Jigsaw, and Dash Mihok as Detective Martin Soap did good job.
