Count me in the minority(or majority depending on the person) I really liked the 2004 "The Punisher". "Punisher:War Zone" is the film for everybody that whined about the 2004 film being boring and that The Punisher didn't "punish" enough people.
"War Zone" is basically a really dumb and cartoony film. It's loaded with over the top villains, deaths, and action sequences. It's worth a watch if you are a Punisher fan, but highly inferior to the 2004 "Punisher".
